  70.                 DISCRIPTION

  73.      PC-TED is a text editor written for programmers and anyone
  74.      who must maintain text files.    PC-TED can process two files
  75.      at the same time, has full horizontal/vertical screen
  76.      editing, file comparison, find/replace functions, block
  77.      manipulation functions, an ASCII table, hex/dec calculator,
  78.      byte-editor, help screens, DOS exit, allows file selection
  79.      from directory, help function and other features.  PC-TED
  80.      is contained in a single disk file, is very fast and can be
  81.      customized with CUSTED.EXE.
